Job Summary
Program Manager for Learning & Development leading end-to-end delivery of leadership and professional development programs within a global talent management team. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics (scheduling, vendor management, systems, communications), partnering with HR and external providers, ensuring practical and engaging program materials, tracking participation and KPIs, and driving process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and learner experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution of cohort-based and blended leadership development initiatives. 6-month contract with potential transition to permanent role based on performance, location in London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in programme management within Learning & Development and/or Leadership Development
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in planning, dependency management, and risk tracking
- Proven experience delivering programmes within a complex, matrixed organisational structure
- Hands-on experience with leadership development programmes, such as cohort-based learning, workshops, and blended solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and external vendor relationships
- Proficiency in working with data, reporting, and maintaining clear, professional communication
