Job Summary
Program Manager for Leadership & Professional Development oversees the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership and professional development programs across the organization. Partners with HR and senior leaders to define program strategy, manages end-to-end program lifecycle, tracks metrics and ROI, and ensures a consistent learner experience across cohorts. Delivers training to senior audiences as needed, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives program communications, scheduling, and logistics. Requires 5–8+ years in program management or L&D, strong project management and relationship-building skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a data-driven mindset; mentorship/coaching experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of program management or L&D experience
