Job Summary
Oversee all EFMP Respite Care Program operations as the primary Government point of contact, managing contract performance, staffing, compliance, quality control, and reporting. Supervise Regional Coordinators, providers, and administrative personnel while ensuring they meet required qualifications, certifications, and background screening standards. Coordinate quarterly performance meetings and contract reviews to maintain adherence to all contract requirements, regulations, and Army policies. This full-time, remote role supports nationwide operations across CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for a position requiring a Master's in healthcare or 10 years of progressive management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field
- at least 5 years of progressive management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- at least 10 years of progressive management experience
- Minimum 5 years supporting military families or similar populations
- Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage nationwide operations and multiple service locations
- Remote / Nationwide Support (CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
