Program Manager

Direct, establish, and maintain specific programs and initiatives within designated customer bases, including large and/or critical accounts. Assist customers' operational strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions while maximizing communications, job planning, and service delivery. Manage program implementation in accordance with specified objectives, control expenditures within budget allocations, and prepare reports for superiors. Proactively communicate with customers to seek feedback, drive value and loyalty, and continuously improve satisfaction. Review reports and records to ensure progress toward objectives, modifying methodology as required to redirect activities. Effectively communicate goals to the team and the wider organization as needed.
