Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for directing, establishing, promoting, and maintaining programs within designated customer base including large accounts. Drive communications, job planning and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals, and manage programs to ensure objectives are met. Plans and develops methods for implementing programs, directs activities, and coordinates personnel. Proactively communicates with customers to drive outstanding value and loyalty; reviews reports and adjusts methodologies to achieve program objectives; prepares program reports for superiors; controls expenditures per budget; ensures reliable attendance and effective team communication. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of contract manufacturing experience; preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10 years of related experience; Die Cast experience. Hours are 7am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary range is $93,641 to $124,855 and will be determined based on candidate's qualifications. Kurt Die Casting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
