Job Summary
Koniag Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the transformation of technology infrastructure for a government client. The role entails serving as the primary liaison between the company and the client, developing and executing program plans for application modernization utilizing DevSecOps and cloud-native coding, and managing a large team. Candidates should have proven experience in managing complex IT programs, a strong understanding of modern program management methodologies, and significant experience in federal government contract environments. Key responsibilities include establishing program metrics, implementing risk management strategies, and coordinating collaborative efforts across various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or other relevant program management certifications
- 10 years of IT experience
- 3 years of experience in management or supervisory capacity
- 3 years of experience with systems/cloud/data science
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in related field
- Experience with federal statistical agency programs
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations specific to government agencies
- Experience with large-scale data processing systems and technologies
- Familiarity with AI/ML implementation in government settings
- Previous experience with government operations or systems
- Understanding of federal IT modernization initiatives and strategies
- Experience managing organizational change in government environments
- Background in systems integration across complex technology ecosystems

- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances for federal government work
