Job Summary
Manage customer programs throughout their lifecycle by serving as the primary contact for non-commercial issues and leading both product development and sustaining efforts. Coordinate with Sales teams to refine strategies, maintain technical organization contacts, and support customers in selecting optimal components or systems. Plan programs by coordinating across departments to ensure solutions meet requirements while managing costs, risks, and multiple concurrent priorities. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5-10+ years of experience in technology or aerospace, and PMI certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree in engineering
- 5-10+ years of project or program management experience in a technology and/or aerospace field
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and business analysis skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and multiple project concurrently
