Program Manager - Kensington Campus

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Bachelor and Masters Level Case Managers, facilitating weekly team meetings and case consultations using a trauma-informed lens. Assist with client crisis management, including assessments for hospitalizations, and ensure all documentation, charting, and data collection remain complete and accurate through ongoing audits. Collaborate with Housing Department teams and community partners to develop interventions for marginalized clients while overseeing budgetary administration and program enrollment. Manage ICMS team staffing, ensure diverse hiring practices, and provide support and debriefing in response to client deaths or traumatic incidents. Be available to respond to emergency calls and situations on a 24-hour basis with support from direct clinical supervisors.
