Program Manager

Program Manager in Alberta, Canada leading large EPC projects up to TIC value of about $1 billion with autonomy to manage either a single major project or two or more smaller projects. Responsibilities include ensuring safe project execution, meeting cost, schedule, and contractual requirements; delivering financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance; serving as the prime client liaison; aligning project execution with company policies and procedures; supervising project personnel; collaborating with Sales during proposal phases; defining scope, negotiating changes, planning execution, and maintaining status updates. Requires a degree in Information Management or Engineering, 15+ years of experience at PM level, APEGA certification, strong communication, and ability to interface with senior management. Desired experience includes brownfield, fabrication, Canadian construction, and SAGD knowledge; willingness to spend time in Chennai office as needed; emphasis on safety, governance, and ESG-aligned values.
