Program Manager, Inventory Control Management

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end inventory tracking and deployment across assigned builds, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely delivery, and governance against DCICM standards; oversee third-party logistics operations and ensure SLA/governance adherence; partner with construction, engineering, and operations teams to align material flow with aggressive build schedules; ensure all inventory transactions are captured in Oracle systems with audit-ready records; proactively manage risks to protect build timelines and operational continuity; serve as primary inventory-control contact for regional builds and provide updates to global leadership, project teams, and external partners; identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and standardization in material management and governance across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Program/Project Management experience across large-scale cross-functional programs
- Inventory Management expertise including material flow, reconciliation, and audit requirements
- 3PL / Vendor Oversight with SLA/governance adherence
- Analytical skills to interpret inventory data and drive improvements
- Risk & Issue Management with mitigation planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience engaging executive leadership and partners
- Technical systems knowledge with ERP/WMS; Oracle Fusion or similar experience a plus
- Adaptability to work across regions/time zones with multiple concurrent builds
- 10+ years in Program Management, Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management
