Job Summary
Program Manager within Mars’ IMO supports the Center IMO Leader, driving end-to-end integration programs across a global, matrixed organization. Responsible for governance, cadence, risk and dependency management, cross-functional alignment, and delivery against milestones; engages senior stakeholders and translates strategy into execution; leverages enterprise systems (Workday, Salesforce, SAP) and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint) to enable enterprise-wide transformation through December 2027; collaborates with global teams to ensure high-quality execution and timely decision-making.
