Job Summary
Oversees the Immigration Program, coordinating filing of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, developing training and communications, monitoring metrics, policy development, and compliance with federal agencies; collaborates with HR, hiring managers, foreign national employees, outside counsel, and government agencies; conducts training sessions for HR, peers, managers, and foreign nationals on immigration areas of interest; requires 3+ years of immigration-related experience, excellent writing and public speaking/presentation skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Paralegal Certification from an ABA-accredited school, or 5 years of directly relevant immigration experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
