Job Summary
Lead the DSCA Cybersecurity Support Services task order as the contractor's day-to-day manager, executing contract project management and digital transformation initiatives. Own overall contract performance, the Quality Control Program, and continuous risk management while delivering formal reporting to the Government. Develop and implement a data-driven Digital Labor Transition Plan to automate manual cybersecurity processes, including process documentation, impact-effort prioritization, and AI-driven analytics integration. Manage personnel, deliverables, and the 30-day phase-in transition with weekly status meetings, supported by on-conus travel as needed. Requires Secret clearance, PMP certification, and 15 years of IT experience with a focus on federal cybersecurity compliance and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Fifteen (15) years of Information Technology experience
- At least ten (10) years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity (annual budget of at least $2.5 million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks, e.g., DoW RMF, CUI)
- Five (5) consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent (within the last year) and sustained leadership
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or a similar cloud provider certification
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies (highly desirable)
