Job Summary
Program Manager III in a Regular Full-time role serving as Deputy Program Manager for MACC-TTE. Acts as primary point of contact for sponsors, overseeing day-to-day program activities including operation, maintenance, and development, and is prepared to assume all duties of the Program Manager if required. Requires extensive experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments and in program management within DoD/Def Defense Industry, with strong PM skills to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead cyber training programs. Knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management is needed; responsibilities include integrating sponsor requirements into a comprehensive management plan and coordinating with contributing agencies. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or Senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with Senior level DoD personnel
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management
