Job Summary

Manage assigned programs by overseeing daily duties including data entry, tracking, reporting, and budget management. Review program data accuracy, resolve issues with minimal support, and summarize observations for leadership recommendations. Guide staff in implementing program activities, facilitate internal and external meetings, and develop stakeholder reports on defined schedules. Lead program evaluation, continuous improvement, and new program implementation while communicating outcomes and risks across all leadership levels. Provide daily coaching to coordinators and partners, utilizing established software and online collaboration tools. Maintain documentation per specifications and engage stakeholders through strategic strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science or relevant field
  • At least two years of relevant program management experience
  • In lieu of degree, a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience to include a minimum of two (2) years program management experience
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Proof of current automobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficient experience in use of various computer system software including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint

Additional Requirements

  • Valid California driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy are required to operate a vehicle and travel for company business
