Job Summary
Program Manager II responsible for MILCON program management, coordinating with project managers and end users to develop 1391 MILCON project requirements for base facilities and infrastructure, delivering MILCON communications to NSIC leadership and stakeholders, applying change management practices to convey construction progress and changes, providing occupancy planning and process modernization, and ensuring vendor/Base CE project integration with minimal mission interruption. Requires 10+ years of construction program management experience, PMP, Primavera proficiency, and active TS/SCI/SAP clearances.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in managing construction projects, preferably ICD 705 construction
- Project Management Professional certification
- Expertise in project management software (Primavera)
- Active TS/SCI and SAP clearances
