Job Summary
The Program Manager II is tasked with driving the successful execution of AeroTEC’s programs across the entire lifecycle, focusing on achieving quality, schedule, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include developing integrated master schedules and budgets for complex programs, managing relationships with clients and suppliers, and conducting program status reporting. The role also encompasses supporting business development through proposal creation and customer interactions. Candidates must hold a four-year engineering degree and have at least five years of program management experience, with preference given to those familiar with aerospace engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) year degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical Program Management experience
- 5+ years of relevant program management competencies and fundamentals
- 2+ years in aerospace engineering environment
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge/understanding of aircraft certification, design, manufacturing, modification, and testing
