Job Summary
Program Manager II overseeing two adult group homes in Milwaukie and Oregon City. Leads, mentors, and trains staff to implement individual support plans, coordinates services for individuals, and fills in as Direct Support Professional to maintain staffing ratios. Responsible for conflict resolution, change management, and 24/5 staff coverage as primary contact. Requires leadership, regulatory familiarity with Oregon DHS/OHA, and experience delivering attendant care to adults; strong organizational and crisis-management skills; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; valid driver’s license with two years of driving experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum two years of experience delivering attendant care to adults in a setting regulated by either the Oregon Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority
- At least one year of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of two or more individuals (preferred)
- Verbal and written English language proficiency sufficient to communicate with people we support, co-workers, and community members
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to relate effectively with clients and families
- Ability to respond to crisis situations in a calm professional manner
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75lbs
- Licensed driver with at least two years' driving experience required
- A criminal background check is required
