Job Summary

Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple large-scale, high-impact projects simultaneously using PMI PMBOK methodology. Lead cross-functional teams through the full project life cycle, from Domain Project Intake to closure, while creating and maintaining master project plans in the PPM Tool. Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders and vendors, resolving conflicts, facilitating meetings, and ensuring strict adherence to policies, risk mitigation, and operating controls. Oversee testing, user training, and budget management to drive continuous improvement and measurable stakeholder satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with Credit Union executives and serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for all project issues.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field
  • 10+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience on projects of various size and complexity
  • Demonstrated ability of successfully managing large scale and complex projects, preferably in a financial institution
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Excellent proficiency & demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Project or PPM Tool such as PPM Pro experience
  • 6+ years of demonstrated ability leading diverse teams and successfully executing on project deliverables
  • Demonstrated excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent proven ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management, as well as with all levels of Business Unit and IT management, both verbally and in writing, and manage the client relationship while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff and vice versa
  • Effective organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proven critical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Proven decision-making and negotiating skills
  • Advanced change control process experience
  • Deep Experience in Solution Creation & Scoping Projects
  • Advanced Client relationship & third-party partner management skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Services Industry & PMO processes
  • Proven ability to Communicate Vision and Strategy effectively to all stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams, and ensure alignment, and translate the vision into a coherent and realistic program plan
