Job Summary
Establish and monitor the build plan for a large-volume production facility, developing and reconciling the Master Production Schedule to customer demand and on-time delivery targets. Validate work order integrity by reviewing BOMs, forecast capacity and labor requirements, and partner with warehouse, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment. Identify bottlenecks, recommend corrective actions, and communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders while developing standard work procedures for planning processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering with 5+ years of production experience, proficiency in Excel and Windows systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production environment
- High level speaking, reading, writing proficiency
- Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems

- Detail oriented with ability to maintain records and communication using email, spreadsheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in standard office settings, including continuous sitting, standing, keyboarding
- Ability to work as business needs require, which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training
