Job Summary
Program Manager for Hy-Tek Intralogistics leading cross-functional teams of technicians, coordinators, and delivery drivers to deliver complex, multi-workstream deployments for a key client. Owns full lifecycle of programs from planning and resource alignment to execution, maintains 100% uptime of equipment, collaborates with the client's Account Manager and internal teams, mentors staff, manages program budgets, tracks performance, risks, and opportunities, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Travel to client sites and Hy-Tek offices as required; roles require strong leadership, communication, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
