Job Summary
Program Manager leads cross-functional programs containing several related projects, with indirect management of other Project Managers, to ensure successful delivery of all projects. Responsible for governance artifacts (e.g., RACI charts), budgeting and scheduling, risks, and stakeholder management across global, multi-functional initiatives. Reports to the Director of Strategy and Transformation, drives projects to meet time, cost, and quality targets, collaborates with functions for resource planning and requirements, facilitates steering and governance processes, and mentors PMO resources. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of PM experience; PMP preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and ability to lead multi-cultural hybrid teams and drive continuous improvement. Travel up to 10% and willingness to work across time zones/extensions as needed.
