Job Summary
ICAM Program Support Lead responsibilities include serving as the primary focal point for all ICAM-related activities, coordinating and reporting on program tasks, managing the Washington DC office support, credentialing workflow, training, and continuous documentation such as status reports, minutes, and expenditure tracking. The role demands ensuring credentialing site personnel are trained, managing travel and staffing data, maintaining workforce status in real-time, and producing monthly progress and credentialing reports. Required skills emphasize extensive program management experience, background investigations readiness, ICAM/FICAM knowledge, PMP and cybersecurity certification desirables, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Travel to other locations is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing similar projects in scope and size
- Must be able to qualify staff like access under the government minimum background investigation (MBI) standards
- Must complete a favorable national agency check with inquiries (NACI) with Tax and credit check
- Experience operating credentialing equipment (e.g., SmartID, PAC Cards, Access Cards) and issuing credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years’ experience supporting and executing identity, access, credentialling management services
- Knowledge with HSPD-12 directives, PIV credentialing process, FIPS PUB 201, PKI, and FICAM requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) - desired
- Security+ or other cyber security certificates desired
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
