Job Summary
Program Manager – Learning & Development responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and managing end-to-end learning programs aligned with business priorities. Partners with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and translate problems into scalable learning solutions (learning journeys, blended programs, interventions). Leads end-to-end design of learning programs (ILTs, VILTs, blended, digital, self-paced) and creates/curates high-quality content. Facilitates programs for professional and managerial development, coaches internal facilitators, and manages the program lifecycle from needs analysis to rollout and optimization. Drives governance, stakeholder and vendor management, and measures impact using evaluation frameworks to continuously enhance learning solutions. Requires post-graduate qualification and 6–10 years of relevant experience, with strong facilitation, instructional design, and solutioning capabilities, and familiarity with Workday/LMS/LXP platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate qualification in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or related fields preferred
- 6 – 10 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Significant experience in program management
- Facilitation experience
- Exposure to solutioning for business problems
- Experience with corporate, consulting, or large-scale organizational learning environments
- Familiarity with Workday/LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning ecosystems
