Program Manager - Housing Services - Boise 23rd

Conduct program monitoring and provide guidance to assure alignment with funding obligations for Single Site Permanent Supportive Housing teams. Represent Terry Reilly PSH programs at community partner meetings to report progress and maintain relationships. Assist in budget oversight, grant applications, and completion of required reports to funders. Develop and monitor policies and procedures in collaboration with the BH Director, ensuring compliance and implementing corrective actions. Engage with external stakeholders to enhance best practices and facilitate program evaluations of client and system outcomes. Pull data from HMIS and EHR systems to summarize services and utilization. Provide direct supervision and evaluation of PSH supervisory staff, while assisting in behavioral health clinical staff recruitment and retention planning. Assess staff training needs to ensure skills stay current with evidence-based practices and policies. Assure all facilities follow safety plans and procedures. Participate in public speaking, staff meetings, and leadership teams to communicate the behavioral health vision. Maintain sufficient revenue flow and ensure all applications and reports are accurate and submitted by established deadlines.
