Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Access Team to ensure seamless, responsive program enrollment and service delivery. Oversee coordinated entry, shelter access, and by-name list management; ensure eligibility compliance and timely communication with clients and partners. Develop and implement training for community partners, manage referrals to housing resources, maintain relationships with landlords, and uphold housing and program standards. Drive continuous quality improvement, data collection and program auditing, and uphold organizational values. Role requires collaboration with multiple departments, heavy emphasis on leadership, people management, cultural competency, and maintaining confidentiality; includes after-hours/on-call coverage and representing the organization professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
