Job Summary
Lead oversight of Host Home services within an IDD residential program, partnering with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create safe, person-centered living environments. Provide guidance, oversight, and support to Host Home providers (independent contractors); monitor services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain documentation and program standards. Address challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach to ensure continuity of care and well-being. This hybrid, community-based role involves regular travel between office settings, Host Homes, and community locations, with evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with IDD or in a related human services field
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to travel locally within the community
- Ability to meet background check and CAPS requirements
