Job Summary
Program Manager for Horizon Services, Inc. leads and oversees direct service personnel within residential programming, including hiring, training and developing a high-performing direct service team; ensures high-quality client care, safety, QA and compliance with program policies; manages medication storage and dispensing operations; provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support; coordinates staff schedules, on-call coverage, and orientation for new clients; fosters knowledge of community resources and collaborate with ADIOS for staffing and policy adherence. This role requires strong people management, clinical supervision, and operational oversight to deliver treatment services in alignment with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred
- Required to obtain registration/certification as RADT, RADT II, CADC I, CADC II through CCAPP within the first 30 day of employment
- 3+ years of experience working in a residential treatment facility, community mental health facility, and/or drug/alcohol treatment facility
- 2+ years of experience supervising, managing, and evaluating staff in a residential treatment facility, community mental health facility, and/or drug/alcohol treatment facility, including budget management
- Required: CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record and car insurance
