Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for facilitating program deliverables from prototype through Automotive Retrofit Repair, coordinating with Product Engineering, Program Management, Launch Team, Plant Team, and Supplier Quality to ensure on-time, successful execution of prototype and preproduction build events. Oversees open issues and action-item closure, maintains and communicates the program timing plan, supports customer program meetings and quality in internal requirements, and leads supplier meetings through PSO while tracking program health. Requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel and adapt to varying environments (Automotive shop, OEM tent, yard). Preferred familiarity with automotive and repair industry and OEM processes; CDA/Flash experience a plus.
