Job Summary
Program Manager for Los Angeles, CA area will supervise Outreach Specialist Coach, train staff, conduct monthly field observations, design performance objectives, and manage hiring/training with HR. The role requires flexible scheduling, on-call duties (may be shared with Assistant PM), and the ability to motivate a team to meet goals and client requirements. Skills include strong communication, problem solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Must possess a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle. Education preferred includes a Master's degree; Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of direct supervisory or management experience is required.
