Job Summary
Program Manager leading the data team's end-to-end client-facing initiatives, owning the portfolio across scope, timelines, dependencies, and milestones; establishing program frameworks, coordinating cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Operations), driving risk resolution and governance; partnering with key client stakeholders for delivery reviews; mentoring the data team and defining operating rhythms; driving delivery excellence through SLAs, KPIs, tooling, and real-time dashboards to surface program health and client satisfaction; requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience in data/analytics or AI automation, with a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in program management; compensation ranges from $190k to $220k depending on market location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, or delivery leadership
- Strong program management fundamentals — portfolio oversight, dependency mapping, risk management, and stakeholder governance
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executive audiences
- Experience with service management or project tracking platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira)
