Job Summary
Conduct local landscape analysis through qualitative and quantitative research, data evaluation, and stakeholder engagement with community leaders. Lead due diligence on prospective portfolio organizations, including financial evaluation and impact assessment, while synthesizing findings into reports to guide program strategy. Manage portfolio performance by tracking progress toward outcomes, analyzing program data, and coordinating with organizations to ensure milestones are met. Establish relationships with community partners and lead planning for program-focused events showcasing portfolio impact. Support the Executive Director in high-fidelity evaluation of portfolio organizations and implement best practices across the GreenLight network.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrable engagement in the local community
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
