Job Summary
Oversee, manage, and track all phases of student advising for multiple MBA and MS programs within the Haub School of Business, serving as a primary academic advisor for returning students. Guide students through course selection and matriculation while monitoring course registration to meet enrollment forecasts and financial targets. Coordinate with supporting departments to resolve administrative needs, communicate with faculty regarding syllabi and Canvas access, and assist with enrollment forecasting and course scheduling. Monitor registration to maintain fiscal objectives, advise the administrative team on semesterly course schedules, and support recruitment efforts by coordinating acceptance procedures and facilitating on-site events with corporate partners. Collaborate with graduate business staff to produce weekly communications and develop program collateral materials including brochures and orientation folders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and temperament
- Accountability
- The ability to follow a growth agenda
- Ability to relocate to meet conditions of being present for over 50% of work time on an SJU campus (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York excluding NYC zip codes, or Delaware)
- Knowledgeable about and making a positive contribution to the mission of Saint Joseph's University as a private, Catholic, Jesuit institution
