Program Manager Global Supply Chain

Job Summary
Lead delivery of large, complex global supply chain programs across sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, supplier quality/development, and distribution to improve end-to-end performance, resilience, quality, cost efficiency, and digital visibility. Own program governance, milestones, budgets, risk management, and ROI while aligning with enterprise objectives. Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, SQ/SD, Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Corporate Functions to drive execution in a matrixed environment. Communicate status and decisions at executive levels, manage change control and financial impacts, and apply data-driven decision making, analytics, and digital tools (automation, AI) to optimize planning and execution while driving continuous improvement and demand-driven visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
- 5 years progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Strategy, or related disciplines within a complex, cross‐functional environment
Desired Qualifications
- CPIM
- CSCP
- PMP
- Professional certifications beneficial but not required
- Experience driving execution across matrixed teams
- Strong communication and executive-level facilitation skills
- Analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Change control and financial impact management
