Job Summary
The Program Manager, Global Quality and Community of Practice will oversee quality program monitoring activities, lead the establishment of a global Quality Community of Practice, and ensure best practices and compliance expectations are shared. The role requires strong project management and analytical skills, expertise in quality management standards, and the ability to manage global program trackers and KPIs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and over 7 years in quality management or program management roles, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder communication. Strong leadership and collaboration abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in quality systems, program management, or related fields, preferably in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare).
- Significant experience in global program tracking, KPI management, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership in implementing project management standards and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
