Job Summary
Lead a team in developing, defining, and implementing cohesive program plans, subcontractor plans, and business plans to achieve overall objectives. Identify needed resources, define and assign major program roles, and establish integrated WBS-based budget and schedule baselines. Monitor work accomplished against baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion meets program schedules while balancing risks and opportunities. Manage people leading cross-functional program teams in a matrix organization focused on delivering computer-based systems from design to release. Apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to solve customer missions in cyber, RF, undersea, and interstellar domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
