Job Summary
Build and maintain integrated project plans for GenAI initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination across the firm. Develop a central inventory of all GenAI activity to ensure visibility and alignment with firmwide priorities while identifying new opportunities. Facilitate essential processes including approvals, project tracking, reporting, and documentation to keep initiatives progressing effectively. Work closely with technical teams, business units, Legal & Compliance, and Information Security to improve processes and reduce barriers to adoption. Help ensure best practices and governance standards are consistently applied across all projects to foster a culture of responsible innovation. This role serves as the central hub for the firm's GenAI strategy within an elite technology and research group at the forefront of global finance.
Required Qualifications
- At least six years of professional experience in program or project management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Experience facilitating approvals, reporting, and documentation processes
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical groups
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Track record of improving and building processes from the ground up
- Experience with GenAI
- Experience in consulting, government, or technology-driven environments
