Program Manager, Gen Proj/Prog Mgmt

Develop and implement program strategies aligned with Stellantis BU Business plans, leading cross-functional teams from concept through launch. Manage scope, scheduling, and budget forecasting while overseeing engineering, procurement, and manufacturing activities. Serve as the primary contact for critical customer issues, coordinating senior-level visits and protecting company interests through strategic negotiations. Conduct risk assessments, allocate mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with Global Program Management System phases and quality gates. Support global supplier development, track cost metrics for reduction efforts, and drive continual improvement using methodologies like GPMS and BEAMS. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management with 5+ years in automotive, involves local to international travel, and includes on-call availability for critical events.
