Job Summary
Program Manager serving as the primary point of contact for the Government, overseeing contract execution, client satisfaction, and sustainment of the BH Pulse system within a DoD-focused environment. Responsible for coordinating across technical, analytical, and compliance activities to support the DPRR Ready and Resilient mission, ensuring adherence to DoD security, privacy, and information assurance requirements. Key duties include daily oversight of PWS tasks (application maintenance, database management, reporting, training materials, knowledge management), coordinating phase-in and monthly status reporting, quality control, and risk management; managing the Contract Manager, Software Engineer, Database Administrator, and supporting staff; ensuring timely delivery of Technical Exhibit A deliverables; maintaining relationships with the COR, KO, and DPRR stakeholders through virtual meetings and on-site support; overseeing recruitment, retention, and compliance training for contract personnel; leading knowledge management activities including data analysis, presentations, and strategic recommendations for DPRR leadership.}
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in records or information systems management, including administrative and project management responsibilities.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience directly managing and overseeing information systems operations, including major project operations and interaction with technical and functional personnel at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience working in DoD environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for high-level executive environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
