Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery for the PCaaS program, including order processing, customer support, and strategic initiatives; develop and refine ServiceNow workflows, manage ERP data reconciliation, and produce customer-facing reports (PMRs, QBRs, executive summaries); build Excel data models and dashboards to track KPIs; serve as the primary liaison between Future Tech, customers, depots, and third-party partners; lead and mentor queue managers, order processors, and depot managers; ensure ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management, as well as asset lifecycle and compliance; balance high-level program strategy with hands-on execution, and drive continuous improvement across global operations and customer engagements. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with potential remote consideration for certain accounts; requires U.S. citizenship for client work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
- PMP certification (a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, program management, or PC lifecycle services
- Strong experience with ServiceNow workflows and ERP processes
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- U.S. Citizenship required for client accounts
