Job Summary
Oversee major segments of complex technology projects, supporting definition of technical objectives, project goals, data requirements, and appropriate methodologies. Recommend staffing levels, develop and manage project schedules, review team member progress, and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery of multiple project outputs. Provide coaching and mentoring to senior executive staff while applying knowledge of program governance, organizational culture, agile transformation, and strategic execution. Leverage deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving requirements. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience in program management, with a DHS Public Trust Clearance. Located in Camp Springs, MD.
