Program Manager

Manage the Contractor's primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer, COR, and customer agency representatives while formulating work standards and assigning schedules. Direct cross-competency teams across multiple locations to resolve discrepancies, brief senior leadership on program status, and oversee personnel operations including recruiting, coaching, and budget forecasting. Identify risks, perform compliance audits, and implement tactical changes to improve process efficiency and reduce costs. Develop metrics for program effectiveness, negotiate subcontractor rates, and ensure overall contract performance meets defined requirements. Maintain Secret clearance and ten years of Navy Weapon/Combat Systems experience to drive client satisfaction and strategic plan execution.
