Job Summary
Oversee the entire Service Order Desk Support (SOD) operation, ensuring compliance with contract terms and managing the conduct and performance of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain a bachelor's degree in Business Management and five years of work experience in Facilities Maintenance, Public Works Operations, or similar Installation Support contracts. Demonstrate working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically GFEBS modules for Finance, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, and Materials Management. This role is contingent upon contract award at Ft. Carson, CO, with local preference for the position.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Business Management
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated work experience
- ten years verifiable work experience in Facilities Maintenance
- ten years verifiable work experience in Public Works Operations and Maintenance
- ten years verifiable work experience in Work Classification
- ten years verifiable work experience in execution of a broad variety of customer concerns and problem resolution
- ten years verifiable work experience in Installation Support contracts
- Working knowledge of the functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (i.e. GFEBS) in the modules of Finance
- Working knowledge of the functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (i.e. GFEBS) in the modules of Plant Maintenance
- Working knowledge of the functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (i.e. GFEBS) in the modules of Project Systems
- Working knowledge of the functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (i.e. GFEBS) in the modules of Materials Management
