Job Summary
Program Manager for Global Business Services responsible for managing business process transitions from local sites to offshore/nearshore or provider locations. Lead the transition scope, develop and execute transition plans, coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks, and report status. Drive budgeting and scheduling within approved scope; ensure governance, quality assurance, and issue resolution. Act as liaison with countries in the respective region; facilitate training/workshops for local personnel; ensure seamless transfer of processes including SLAs in collaboration with Shared Service Center and GBS Service Management. Requires academic degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of transition project management experience, strong change management and communication skills, and ability to work across intercultural teams. Certifications in project management are preferred. The role emphasizes planning, prioritization, and delivering complex transition projects in a Global Business Services environment.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transition project management
- Experience in transitioning complex projects
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology a plus
- Project Management certification is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
