Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for managing the program implementation of a customer’s product through the contract manufacturing process, including assigned project planning, scheduling, and oversight of hardware fabrication efforts to ensure contractual deliveries are on time and within budget. Roles include developing and maintaining program schedules, supporting RFQ responses, estimating program timing, leading cross-functional status meetings, formulating and monitoring inter-connected projects, defining strategies, leading and evaluating project managers, and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA/master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing and supply chain a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years in program management experience.
- Proficiency in English required. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required.
