Job Summary
The S&OP Repair and Exchange Program Manager at Mitsubishi Power oversees the operations and execution aspects of capital parts, collaborating cross-functionally to support the corporate S&OP process. Key responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, resolving technical issues impacting service business, and ensuring project objectives and timelines are met. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and business periodicals
- Ability to perform calculations involving statistical concepts
- Ability to solve practical problems in various situations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with gas and steam turbine part types, applications, repair, and manufacture
- PMP certification
- Medium to advanced personal computer skills including Microsoft Excel and SAP Navigation
- Experience with MS Project or P6
