Job Summary
Lead intake and people execution for the newly created Cyber Security team while serving as a liaison with Head Office counterparts, strictly adhering to TDO guidelines. Manage major Cyber initiatives at a complex financial institution, leveraging significant experience in brokerage, banking, or financial firm PMOs to drive delivery and stakeholder management. Oversee reporting programs and data technologies enabling finance operations, requiring deep institutional knowledge and proven team leadership. This role is hybrid in New York City with three days onsite, offering an Executive Director salary up to $230k or a Vice President salary up to $160k. No sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- Local to New York City
- Hybrid Schedule, 3 Days Onsite
- Experience working in a brokerage, bank or financial firm within a PMO
- Significant experience and track record of delivery of major Cyber initiatives at a complex financial institution
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Proven team leadership
- Come from a bank, brokerage or financial institution
- Deep understanding of finance
- Deep understanding of the data and technologies enabling them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
