Job Summary
Operational leader for a brand-new residential adolescent behavioral health program. Drive program operations and day-to-day care delivery by leading 24/7 direct care staff, managing staffing schedules and payroll, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and ensuring adherence to policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements. Partner with clinical leadership, compliance, and other departments to support quality outcomes, coordinate logistics for clients, and foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and client-centered care. Focus on building a high-performing team and shaping the program's culture and systems to deliver a safe, compassionate treatment experience for adolescents and families.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred
- OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of management experience in a direct care, behavioral health, or human services setting
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Current TB clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
- Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment is preferred
- Experience managing staff schedules and workforce planning
- Knowledge of licensing, compliance, safety, and quality assurance processes
- Strong crisis management, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing direct care staff
