Job Summary
As Program Manager, lead a diverse portfolio focusing on food security, livelihoods, WASH, and light infrastructure rehabilitation in Syria. Responsible for developing strategies that address priority needs, ensuring high-quality implementation of programs, and maintaining compliance with donor requirements. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation while providing technical guidance to field teams. Foster partnerships with local NGOs and governmental agencies while engaging in advocacy efforts for humanitarian, early recovery, and resilience programming. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing humanitarian programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing multi-sector humanitarian and early recovery programs, preferably in Syria or similar contexts.
- Demonstrated experience in FSL, WASH, cash programming, and basic services rehabilitation.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex grants with multiple donors (e.g., GIZ, ECHO, CDCS).
- Experience supervising multi-sector teams, including technical coordinators.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong representational, communication, and donor engagement skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills and computer skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are required.
