Job Summary
Lead mission-critical programs at Teledyne Microwave Solutions, managing projects from initiation through delivery while ensuring compliance with financial and technical requirements. Coordinate activities across engineering and manufacturing to achieve revenue and schedule goals. Develop budgets and risk assessments, and drive resolution of technical issues. Cultivate business opportunities and prepare project status reports. A Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines and 2-5 years of experience in military or aerospace project management is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines
- 2–5 years of experience managing programs/projects for military or aerospace applications
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- ERP/MRP experience preferred

- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
